The annual performance review is a formal, comprehensive evaluation of your performance over an entire year. - Determines your official performance rating for the year

Who Does This Apply To?

When Does It Happen?
Your annual performance review takes place during a specific window each year:

This timing allows you and your manager to reflect on the full calendar year that just ended, with fresh perspective and complete data on your performance.
