What This Means

This OKR is about ensuring that every goal has a clear owner, every task has a deadline, and every team member takes full responsibility for their commitments. It's about moving from "I'll try" to "I'll deliver."

KR1 - Quarterly Leadership Sync: Every quarter, leadership from each revenue stream (ORE Development, ORE Agency, OHM, OXO Solutions, OTF, OCS) will meet to review progress, share measurable outcomes, and align on priorities. This ensures transparency and accountability across the entire organization.

KR2 - Radical Ownership: By Q1 2026, we will implement a culture of Radical Ownership across all teams. This means no excuses, no blame-shifting—just ownership. If you're assigned a task or goal, you own the outcome. This mindset shift will be embedded through training, leadership modeling, and clear expectations.

KR3 - 80%+ OKR Completion Rate: We will track and measure OKR completion across all teams. Achieving an 80%+ completion rate means we're not just setting goals—we're hitting them. This requires disciplined execution, regular check-ins, and a commitment to follow-through.

Why This Matters: Without ownership, goals become suggestions. With ownership, goals become results. 2026 is the year we synchronize our engines—and that only works when every part of the machine knows its role and delivers.
