By submitting User Content, you grant OXO Academy a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for the purpose of operating and improving our services.

You represent and warrant that your User Content:

• Does not contain viruses or malicious code

6. Course Enrollment and Access

When you enroll in a course, you gain access to the course materials for the duration specified by your organization or the course terms. Course access may be subject to:

• Approval by your organization or administrator
• Completion of prerequisites or requirements
• Time limitations or expiration dates
• Availability of course materials and instructors

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any course at any time. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of courses.

7. Certificates and Credentials

Upon successful completion of courses and meeting all requirements, you may receive a certificate of completion. Certificates are issued subject to:

• Completion of all course materials and assessments
• Achievement of minimum passing scores on quizzes and exams
• Compliance with course policies and academic integrity
• Verification of your identity and enrollment status

Certificates are for personal use and professional development. They do not constitute formal academic degrees or professional licenses unless explicitly stated.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• Cheat on quizzes, exams, or assignments
• Share answers or collaborate when individual work is required
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or staff
• Upload or distribute malicious software or code
• Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile any part of the service
• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to OXO Academy at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Extended periods of inactivity
• Request by you or your organization

Upon termination, your right to access and use the service will immediately cease. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from account termination.

10. Disclaimers

OXO Academy is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the service will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the service will be corrected
• Course content will meet your specific requirements or expectations

You use the service at your own risk. We are not responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data resulting from your use of the service.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OXO Academy and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of business opportunities
• Service interruptions or delays
• Unauthorized access to your account or data

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) to access the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
